Gloria Averbuch, author of best-selling soccer books with legends Brandi Chastain and Anson Dorrance, shares her love of the game with children in A Turn for Lucas. Averbuch is the mother of two Arsenal World Class daughters (U-18 & U-23 teams), Yael and Shira.

The book is illustrated by Yaakov Guterman, who has over 150 books to his credit. The publication of this book is timed to coincide with soccer’s World Cup in June—the most popular sporting event on the planet with nearly 30 billion viewers. Meet Lucas and Amelia, the soccer-playing twins who share this love of the game.
